You may upload or create source videos, transcripts, prompts, scripts, generated images, generated videos, content packages, drafts, and related creator materials in TJ VidLab.

TJ VidLab does not sell your private creator workspace content.

TJ VidLab does not claim ownership of your uploaded source content. You should only upload or use content you have the rights and permissions to process through TJ VidLab.

We use information to provide and operate TJ VidLab, authenticate accounts, run creator tools, generate outputs, save and retrieve packages, assets, source videos, drafts, and project information.

We use information to manage credits, plans, storage, billing features, support requests, product communications, troubleshooting, monitoring, abuse prevention, security, reliability improvements, and legal compliance.

User inputs and workspace content may be processed by AI systems or service providers to generate requested outputs, improve prompts, edit images, create scripts, produce content packages, or support other creator workflows.

Generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or require additional review. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, clearing, and approving outputs before publishing or relying on them.

We do not use your private workspace content to train TJ VidLab models unless we clearly tell you and obtain permission where required. Third-party AI or service providers may process content as needed for the workflow you request and according to applicable terms.

TJ VidLab may share limited information with service providers that help operate requested workflows and the service, including infrastructure and storage providers, authentication providers, payment processors when billing is enabled, AI or model providers used for requested workflows, analytics, performance, security, support, and communication providers.

We may also share information if required by law, legal process, compliance obligations, security needs, dispute prevention, abuse protection, or to protect the rights and safety of TJ VidLab, users, or others.

Saved workspace content may be stored while your account is active or until you remove it through available product controls. Source videos, generated assets, packages, and related files may count toward plan storage limits.

Saved source videos, generated assets, packages, and drafts remain part of your private workspace until you remove them or they are handled under account, storage, safety, or service rules.

When you delete saved content or source videos through TJ VidLab, we may delete or disable access to that content from your active workspace. Some copies may remain for a limited period in backups, logs, or security systems where required for service operation, legal compliance, dispute prevention, or abuse protection.

Storage limits and paid storage add-ons may apply. You are responsible for managing saved materials and removing content you no longer need.

TJ VidLab uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to help protect account data and private workspace content.

Private workspace content is protected by access controls, but no online service can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and using strong account-security practices.
