Use the workspace lawfully, protect your account, and do not bypass plan, credit, storage, or access controls.
Only upload videos, transcripts, images, prompts, or other materials you have the right to use.
Some tools require credits, plan access, subscriptions, or storage limits based on the workflow you choose.
Saved packages, assets, source videos, drafts, and related creator materials are treated as private workspace content.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of TJ VidLab, including the website, dashboard, creator tools, saved content, credits, subscriptions, storage, support features, and related services.
By creating an account, accessing TJ VidLab, or using any TJ VidLab feature, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information where required and to keep account and billing details current. You should notify TJ VidLab support if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
TJ VidLab lets you upload or provide videos, transcripts, images, prompts, scripts, notes, and other source material. You retain ownership of your source content, and TJ VidLab does not claim ownership of the materials you upload.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have all rights, licenses, permissions, and clearances needed to upload, process, store, and use your content in TJ VidLab. You are also responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of the source material you provide.
TJ VidLab may help generate scripts, titles, captions, thumbnail ideas, prompts, images, edits, content packages, and other creator outputs.
Generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, similar to outputs generated for other users, or unsuitable for a particular platform or use case. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, clearing, and approving outputs before publishing or relying on them.
TJ VidLab does not guarantee that generated outputs are error-free, unique, legally cleared, platform-compliant, or appropriate for every commercial or personal use.
Some TJ VidLab tools and workflows require credits, a paid subscription, specific plan access, or a combination of these. Credits may be deducted for successful generation, export, save, or processing workflows according to the product rules shown in the app.
Pricing, included credits, storage limits, plan features, tool availability, and credit costs may change prospectively. Refund, cancellation, renewal, and credit-expiration details will be described in the applicable checkout, billing, or plan materials.
TJ VidLab may allow you to store saved packages, generated assets, uploaded source videos, drafts, transcripts, prompts, and related creator materials in your private workspace.
Storage limits may apply based on your plan, and paid storage add-ons may be offered. You are responsible for managing stored content and removing materials you no longer need. TJ VidLab may provide tools to remove content and free storage.
When you remove saved content or source videos through TJ VidLab, we may delete or disable access to that content from your active workspace. Some copies may remain for a limited period in backups, logs, or security systems where required for service operation, legal compliance, dispute prevention, or abuse protection.
You agree not to use TJ VidLab to upload illegal content, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, distribute malware, attack or disrupt the service, scrape or reverse engineer protected systems, bypass plan or credit controls, or engage in unlawful or harmful activity.
TJ VidLab may limit, suspend, or remove access if use of the service appears to violate these Terms, harm the platform, harm other users, or create legal or security risk.
TJ VidLab may rely on third-party services for authentication, storage, payments, AI generation, infrastructure, analytics, communications, security, and other operations.
Your use of TJ VidLab may involve these third-party services, and some features may depend on their availability, terms, or technical performance.
TJ VidLab may update, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue features over time. Beta, preview, experimental, or newly released tools may evolve as the product changes.
The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, infrastructure issues, security events, or other operational reasons.
TJ VidLab is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. TJ VidLab does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, perfect accuracy, or that generated outputs will meet every requirement.
You should independently review source material, generated outputs, exports, and publishing decisions before using them in public, commercial, legal, financial, medical, or other sensitive contexts.
To the extent permitted by law, TJ VidLab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill arising from use of the service.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limits or exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to every user. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You may stop using TJ VidLab at any time. TJ VidLab may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, use the platform for unlawful activity, or fail to meet applicable payment obligations.
After suspension or termination, access to some account features, saved content, credits, or stored materials may be limited according to applicable account and billing policies.
